Teacher M1 – M6 £31,650 - £43,607 pro rata Part Time – 0.6 FTE Temporary - required to start September 2025 to cover maternity leave St. Anne’s C of E Primary and Nursery is seeking to appoint a highly effective and reflective practitioner with experience in EYFS and KS1 to cover a maternity leave three days per week. Candidates should be highly motivated, with a desire to continually develop their own teaching to ensure that all pupils succeed in a caring and Christian environment. Our school is pleasantly situated in the market town of Bishop Auckland. It is an average sized primary school with 210 children on roll and a 30-place nursery which is popular within the local community. Our classrooms are well resourced, enabling exciting and purposeful education to take place. St. Anne’s C of E Primary and Nursery is a warm and happy school, where staff pride themselves on maintaining high standards of care, achievement and progress for all our pupils. We require a teacher who: • Is an excellent classroom practitioner with EYFS and KS1 experience • Has a clear knowledge of early years education • Works effectively as part of a key stage and whole school team • Can contribute to the wider school community • Will support the school’s Christian ethos.
