Llwchwr Cluster Support Officer
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Hybrid (Llwchwr Cluster/Home Working/SCVS)
Salary: NJC SCP 23 (£33,366)
Funded until: 31st March 2026
Llwchwr Local Cluster Collaborative (LCC) serves a patient population of approximately 50,000 and is one of the 8 LCCs in Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB).
LCC members include representatives from general medical services, community pharmacy, optometry and dental services, other healthcare professionals and the third sector.
This role will be working with the Llwchwr Collaborative Cluster, but will be hosted by SCVS in recognition of the close links that the post holder will develop with the Third Sector.
Working together, partners from the local authority, the voluntary sector, and SBUHB provide the opportunity for the development of innovative approaches to improve the health of its patients.
The LCC is looking for an enthusiastic, persuasive and entrepreneurial individual to work co-operatively and collaboratively with the LCC members and partners in developing and implementing LCC initiatives, monitoring, evaluating and reporting outcomes and generally accelerating progress.

Involve has a variety of schemes that engage people in need in Swansea.
