An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a well respected, established law firm who are focused on delivering the highest quality of services and are actively looking for a conveyancing paralegal to join their team. Offering support, training and further future opportunities, this role involves working with a team of eight and carrying out duties as listed below.
Responsibilities
* Maintain clear and precise communications with other personnel within the firm.
* Ensure good working relationships with external institutions and organisations.
* Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.
* Deputise for primary fee-earner in their absence, passing urgent issues to senior fee-earners for guidance.
* Typing of letters, documents and file notes.
* Experience in opening and closing files.
* Completing and submitting SDLT forms.
* Daily use of the Land Registry portal.
Qualifications
The successful conveyancing paralegal should have current knowledge of conveyancing. The role focuses on commercial files, so commercial conveyancing experience would be beneficial. You should also have experience using a case management system and hold an LPC, LLB or equivalent qualification, or have experience working as a conveyancing paralegal, conveyancing assistant or paralegal.
