Our client, based in Castle Donington, are recruiting for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their team. They are leaders in their field and have a brilliant reputation with customers, currently undergoing a period of expansion. This role has fantastic earning potential on top of a guaranteed basic salary.
Permanent role
£26,000 basic + bonus, OTE 35-40k +
Trainee Sales Advisor – The Role:
1. Making calls to businesses and building relationships
2. Liaising with customers via email and phone.
3. Using the system to manage pipeline of activity.
4. Achieving individual targets whilst working as part of a team.
Trainee Sales Advisor – The Candidate:
5. Motivated and driven.
6. Good telephone manner.
7. Excellent relationship building skills.
8. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
9. Punctual, conscientious and reliable.
