About the role
This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week, with shifts Tuesday to Friday from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
You will ensure customer needs are exceeded by working across various store areas, including shelf filling, tills, stock management, and delivery picking. No two days are the same, and your work will directly impact customer satisfaction.
We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
* Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
* Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for robustness in preparation for delivery.
* Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite communication with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.
