What you will do:
We are seeking a Human Resources Senior Associate to join our London-based HR team. This role is ideal for a HR professional eager to gain experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking, who values collaboration and innovation. The role involves supporting a HR Business Partner for a dedicated internal client group across EMEA.
What you can expect:
* HR Administration and Compliance: Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure successful completion of employee lifecycle transactions, manage employee leave processes, prepare HR documentation, review internal processes for compliance, and support certification processes like the Senior Manager Certification Regime.
* HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee relations, and manage new hire inductions.
* Recruitment: Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on requisitions and independently manage intern recruitment processes.
* Training and Development: Coordinate with the Talent Development team to identify and support internal training programs.
* HR Data & Reporting: Generate HR reports, maintain accurate records, liaise with global HR teams, and ensure data integrity through regular audits.
* Projects: Contribute to HR projects as needed.
What You Will Bring:
* Relevant HR experience within Financial Services.
* Experience in HR Business Partnering.
* Strong administrative and data management skills with keen attention to detail.
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems (preferably Workday).
