Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer to lead the design and development of next-generation, AI-powered enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex data science and intuitive user experience, creating responsive, visually stunning interfaces that incorporate Natural Language Machine (NLM) interactions and real-time financial data visualization. You will work at the intersection of commodities trading, predictive analytics, and conversational AI, ensuring that complex intelligence is delivered through a seamless, user-centric digital experience.
Responsibilities
* AI-Centric UI/UX Design: Design and prototype sophisticated "Chat-to-Insight" interfaces and conversational workflows that allow users to interact with complex datasets using natural language.
* Data Visualization & Dashboards: Create high-performance, real-time dashboards utilizing D3.js, Chart.js, or similar libraries to visualize commodity price trends, geopolitical risk heatmaps, and predictive margin modeling.
* Front-End Development: Implement modular, scalable front-end architectures using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and advanced CSS/HTML to bring AI-driven concepts to life.
* Explainable AI (XAI) Design: Develop intuitive UI patterns that simplify complex AI outputs into "explainable" and auditable insights for executive decision-makers.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with AI/ML Engineers, Backend Developers, and Domain Experts to transform raw data ingestion layers into functional, brand-aligned web interfaces.
* Global Standard Compliance: Ensure all designs meet international accessibility (WCAG), security hardening (MFA/OIDC), and GCC-market specific usability standards.
* Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing for cross-browser compatibility and sub-second latency, ensuring a seamless experience for high-frequency data environments.
* Innovation Leadership: Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in Generative AI UI, Predictive Analytics, and Fintech design to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (A background in Finance or Fintech is a significant plus).
* Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and Front-End development, preferably within the Trading, Fintech, or Enterprise Software sectors.
* Design Stack: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Canva for high-fidelity prototyping and design system management.
* Technical Stack: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with React.js or similar component-based frameworks is highly preferred.
* AI/Data Fluency: Understanding of AI/ML workflows, prompt engineering interfaces, and how to visualize "Predictive Intelligence."
* Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate "vague" business goals into precise, functional design specifications.
* Project Management: Proven ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum environments and manage multiple high-priority workstreams under tight deadlines.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex data-driven applications, trading screens, or AI-integrated platforms.
