You
Step into this top-flight ‘off-market’ opportunity and invest your future with one of the South West’s most recognised top 100 law firms.
This opportunity is for an Agricultural Property Lawyer to join a top-tier Legal 500 team with a national reputation, HNW clients, and long-term growth plans in play. It is a role that carries considerable potential, allowing you to push forward into an exciting landscape that will open up for you. The partners are sure there isn’t that genuine freedom elsewhere.
This role could suit lawyers at different stages of their careers. The firm is open-minded and focused on finding the right individual, rather than fitting someone into a rigid brief.
Perhaps you’re a 4+ PQE lawyer looking to gain exposure to higher-quality rural work and a wider range of HNW clients. Or you may be a more senior lawyer with strong relationships, but your path ahead is unclear. You could be looking for an environment where an entrepreneurial mindset is encouraged, not feared. Autonomy, high-quality work, and long-term progression set the foundation for this opportunity.
The team will also consider commercial property lawyers looking to transition into rural work.
The Role
The firm is investing heavily in the growth of its rural offering and is looking to appoint an ambitious lawyer who can become a key part of its next phase of development.
You’ll advise landed estates, farming businesses, rural landowners, investors, and HNW individuals across a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters.
The work is varied, relationship-led, and commercially focused, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted adviser within the rural sector.
