Develop and deliver new products and formulations
Lead projects from scoping through to implementation.
Stay ahead of ingredient trends and market innovations.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Support trials, first productions, and technical approvals.What We're Looking For
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (BSc/MSc).
2+ years' experience in product development
Strong knowledge of ingredients
