What you will be doing:
* Customer Experience: Greeting customers warmly, listening to their vehicle concerns, documenting issues accurately in our system, and following up to ensure total satisfaction.
* Service Coordination: Conducting vehicle inspections, providing detailed service reports, and clearly explaining recommended car repairs, vehicle maintenance, and accurate job estimates to customers.
* Workflow Management: Scheduling appointments, managing the service department's calendar, and coordinating closely with our workshop technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs.
* Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or a similar fast-paced retail customer service role is preferred. You must have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, proficient computer skills, and a valid driving licence. Knowledge of automotive systems is a distinct plus.
