We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support the Site Manager in coordinating and leading small site teams across multiple work fronts. This role is critical to ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to the required quality, and within budget. You will play a hands-on leadership role, supporting daily site operations while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate assigned site teams across multiple work fronts
* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with site QEHS procedures
* Plan upcoming activities, ensuring labour, plant, materials, and engineering information are available
* Monitor progress against programme, cost, and quality targets
* Identify and communicate potential delays or deviations in advance
* Coordinate with other work parties to ensure efficient and safe site operations
* Assist with site documentation, task cards, timesheets, and reporting
* Maintain a strong duty of care for all personnel on site
Experience & Skills
* Apprentice trained with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) plus relevant site experience industry-recognised training with at least 2 years’ experience on construction or power-related sites
* Experience in mechanical or electrical installation environments
* Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
