Nurse Advisor
One 32.35 hours position 6‑Month Temporary Role – Potential Extension

West Yorkshire Police is seeking a skilled Nurse Advisor to join its Occupational Health Unit on a 6‑month temporary contract, with the potential for extension. This Band 7‑equivalent role supports the delivery of a high‑quality, proactive health and wellbeing service for a workforce of more than 10,000 officers and staff.
The successful candidate will provide specialist clinical advice, undertake fitness‑for‑role assessments, deliver nurse‑led clinics, and contribute to health surveillance, vaccination activity, and workplace assessments. The role plays a key part in promoting a safe, healthy and productive working environment.
This opportunity offers a varied, impactful position within a supportive multidisciplinary team, contributing directly to workforce wellbeing across the organisation.
