They are looking for a Branch Nurse to support complex care packages in the Wolverhampton and Crewe areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to lead and support care teams while providing expert clinical oversight. The Role Oversee and manage complex care packages within the branch Conduct patient visits and assessments in the community Support and guide care teams to ensure high-quality, safe care delivery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to provide person-centred care Provide clinical expertise for patients with critical conditions The Ideal Candidate Qualified adult nurse (RN) with relevant NMC registration Experience managing patients with critical care needs, including tracheostomies and ventilators Ideally already working in community care, but strong ICU/ITU or residential critical care experience will be considered Strong clinical knowledge, confident in autonomous decision-making Excellent communication and leadership skills What’s on Offer Salary up to £50,000 DOE Supportive, structured branch environment Opportunity to work in a rewarding, community-focused role Career development and training in complex care This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse passionate about complex care and delivering high-quality, patient-centred services in the community.
