We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Support Worker to provide administrative support to the whole Home Improvement Agency Team. Clear communication is necessary as you will be talking to a wide range of clients over the phone to offer advice, support and explain the options available to them. You will also be dealing with contractors and other agencies to co-ordinate, support and provide our clients with an excellent customer service. The role requires the successful applicant to work on their own initiative and as part of the wider team.
Ideally we would prefer 3 consecutive days per week preferably worked Monday-Wednesday but can be flexible. This is a fixed term post with the potential to be extended.
