* Ensure repairs and services are booked in correctly and share with engineers.
* Tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies for client engagement and retention.
* Use operational processes and tools.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Experience
* Proven experience in service coordination.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in Excel and CRM software is highly desirable.
* Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
