Were looking for an experiencedFamily Law Solicitorto join a well-established practice handling a broad and sensitive family caseload. This role suits someone confident dealing with complex matters, particularly where domestic abuse and child protection issues are involved.
The Role
* Managing a varied family law caseload, including private children, domestic abuse, and related matters
* Advising and representing clients with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
* Handling cases with a high level of autonomy while working within a supportive team
Essential RequirementsCandidates must meetat least oneof the following:
* Advanced Member of theLaw Societys Family Law Accreditation Scheme, including having passed theViolence in the Home module
* Previously heldAdult Party Representative statuson theChildren Panel
* Resolution Accredited SpecialistinDomestic Abuse
What Youll Need
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Strong technical knowledge of family law and procedure
* Confident, organised, and comfortable managing sensitive cases
