Job Description
GiGroup are looking for a resilient candidate with counterbalance who is willing to work in a warehouse based role. They will be supporting the seed cleaning process by operating machinery, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to the efficient production of high-quality clean seed.Key Responsibilities;- Operate seed cleaning and intake equipment as instructed, ensuring quality and efficiency.- Follow set procedures to clean seed and minimise screening losses.- Communicate effectively with team members and Senior Operatives regarding work progress and any issues.- Assist in monitoring clean seed quantities and movements as directed.- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, ensuring hygiene standards are upheld.- Carry out basic maintenance tasks and report faults or issues with machinery promptly.- Follow all safety procedures and work in line with the company's Health & Safety Policy.- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by reporting hazards and adhering to safe working practices.- Handle materials in line with all company and legal guidelinesRequired Skills;- FLT Counterbalance,- Willingness to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment,Due to this being a rural location you will need your own transport.If you are interested please email your CV or call us on (option 1) and ask for Katie or Isobel.
