Were looking for a proactive and security-minded ICT Service Delivery Technician to strengthen our team. In this pivotal role, youll take ownership of Microsoft Intune management, ensure compliance across Microsoft 365, lead vulnerability management (including the Qualys platform), and support our ongoing commitment to Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
Youll play a key part in maximising the value of our Microsoft licensing investmentparticularly in the areas of security and compliancewhile contributing to the delivery of a responsive and efficient service desk. Working closely with the Service Delivery & Cloud Services Lead, youll help manage and enhance our infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring they remain secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Were seeking someone with a solid foundation in endpoint management, cloud security, and IT compliance frameworks, ready to make a meaningful impact within our ICT Service Delivery Team.
What do our ICT Service Technician - Security and Compliance do;
* Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 Compliance, including device policies, secure score improvements, and conditional access across multiple platforms.
