Renaissance Asset Finance (RAF) provide unregulated fixed term finance to its chosen customer market of small and medium sized enterprises and high net worth individuals. These are generally introduced to RAF via a network of brokers with whom RAF establishes close working relationships. The majority of the assets financed by RAF comprise of higher value private cars, collectors cars, purpose built taxis, coaches and other specialist vehicles. RAF also funds the purchase of a range of commercial plant and machinery as well as a limited volume of business critical soft assets. RAF prefers to finance assets that have strong collateral characteristics and identifiable second hand markets. Responsible for a range of administrative tasks and projects to ensure efficiency of our business processes and compliance tocompanypolicies. Key Responsibilities Being point of contact in the office for IT issues, liaising with the IT team when required and recommending when staff need to raise a ticket. Completing Supplier Management requirements. Ensuring reviews are completed within their deadlines and taking part in monthly meetings with the Banks Supplier Management team to discuss any updates or feedback. Assisting Head of Operations with GDPR requirements, this includes: Ensuring the weekly cyber awareness email is sent to all staff Six monthly reviews of S drive to ensure personal data is kept only where specified in the Data Processing Maps Complete offboarding/deletion of customer data to comply with GDPR Assist with data cleanse of CRM system for duplicated contact details, organise deletion of contacts where necessary Complete new starter set ups and leavers for all departments, making sure all checklists have been completed in full and filed in a format that can be produced for annual audits and keeping the organisational chart up to date. Complete process guide/map reviews, issuing to relevant departments/individuals to review or update as necessary, creating new guides/maps if required. Separating How To guides from process guides. Check on data accuracy including Solar data for the Broker checklist, Solar permissions, Creditsafe monitoring, interest held with HPI and Experian and insurance for RAFs top 15 exposures Maintaining the company car fleet and mobile phone contract and Reviewing costs to ensure these are kept to a minimum.
