Who Is Chevron Traffic Management
Chevron Traffic Management sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes, or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe during roadworks. This involves installing road cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible across the country, and you may have seen our signage during roadworks.
Our work also involves consulting, planning, designing, estimating, liaising with suppliers and clients, and applying innovation and technology to improve safety and reduce our industry’s carbon footprint.

About The Role Of Project Team Leader
The Project Team Leader supervises within the Projects Department, overseeing Project Coordinators and managing several client accounts. This role is the primary escalation point for Project Coordinators, handling significant queries and issues, allocating projects, managing workloads, and ensuring standards and deadlines are met. Feedback is provided to the Planning Manager.
Responsibilities Of a Project Team Leader
* Managing multiple clients and project portfolios
* Leading a team of Project Coordinators, including training, goal setting, and reviews
* Ensuring purchase order coverage, overseeing invoice queries, and liaising with clients and coordinators for invoicing
* Receiving and allocating new workstreams and projects
* Resolving complex issues with clients and providing escalation points
* Quoting and booking Traffic Management projects
* Coordinating with Operations, CAD team, and depots to ensure smooth operations
* Performing other duties as assigned by the Planning Manager or Directors
