* Lead a variety of M&A transactions, including share and asset sales
* Manage management buy-outs
* Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
* Draft bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association
* Provide corporate governance advice
* Handle private equity transactions
* Work independently within a busy team
* Take an active role in business development
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Lawyer:
* Lead share/asset sales and purchase transactions and management buy-outs
* Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
* Draft shareholder agreements and articles of association
* Provide corporate governance advice and private equity support
* Deliver high-quality commercial advice and maintain strong client relationships
* Support and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements of the Corporate Lawyer:
* 5+ years PQE in corporate or M&A law
* Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent client care, business development, and networking abilities
* Confident in advising on complex corporate structures and commercial issues
