Join ProCook as a Creative Producer! ProCook is seeking a forward-thinking Creative Producer to become part of our vibrant marketing team. In this position, you will play a key role in crafting our brand story and improving our customer experience via strategic content creation. Key Responsibilities: The Creative Producer is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of high-performing paid ad content. You will manage the production workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration between the Creative Strategist, Video Creator & Editor, and Performance Team. A key part of this role will be talent & influencer management for paid creative production, handling contracts, logistics, and deliverables for influencer-led paid social content. Requirements Manage the end-to-end production of paid social creative assets, ensuring smooth execution. Own the full production timeline, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time, on brief, and ready for launch. Coordinate shoot planning, logistics, and scheduling with internal teams and external talent. Work closely with the Creative Strategist to translate concepts into executable content plans. Oversee on-set production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Source, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with influencers and talent for paid social content. Track & Manage usage rights, licensing, and compliance for paid influencer content. Work closely with the Videographer/Editor to streamline post-production workflows. Stay ahead of emerging social content trends and best practices for video production Use learnings from previous campaigns to guide and optimize future production decisions in collaboration with the paid media team. Key Skills: 3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or creative project management. Strong experience in producing short-form social media content. Excellent organizational and logistical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in talent management, contract negotiation, and influencer partnerships. Knowledge of platform-specific video requirements and production workflows. Strong collaboration skills, working with creative teams, influencers, and marketing stakeholders.
