About this role
We are growing our team and would love to hear from people that have as much passion for social media as we do.
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years' previous experience within a paid social media role.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, passionate individual looking to deepen their experience, work with leading brands and benefit from our comprehensive learning and development programme.
You'll work with a brilliant team of social media specialists who all share an enthusiasm for new ideas and innovation, supported by a dedicated line manager.
Role responsibilities
• Building ads in social media channels with core focus on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Leading on high quality paid strategies and media plans
• Managing budgets and ensuring team are completing daily spend checks and making recommendations on optimisations
• Reporting and analysing paid social media performance, and presenting results and insight back to clients
• Helping lead the delivery of social media client programmes, joining meetings as a specialist when expert paid social consultancy is needed
• Building client relationships and contributing to new business activity and proposals
Role requirements
Essential
• Expert paid knowledge in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Organisational skills and ability to independently prioritise workload
• Strong focus on accuracy and precision, and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Confident with analysing data and reporting
• Eagerness to share paid knowledge and lead upskilling initiatives across other members of the social team
• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and clients, and strong ability to translate results into client-friendly, digestible insight
• A passion for paid social and measurement
• Proactive, solution-focused approach
• A good work ethic, flexibility and enthusiasm to delivery work and results of a consistently high standard
• Strong team player and ability to communicate effectively within internal teams
• Critical thinking skills
Desirable
• Experience with paid activity on YouTube and Reddit
• Experience in other digital marketing channels e.g. SEO, PPC, GEO
• Ecommerce experience (pixel implantation and management, catalogue management, attribution tracking)
• Proactivity with learning and trialling emerging AI technologies
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards e.g. Looker Studio and Super metrics
