Senior Medical Writer
Hybrid | Buckinghamshire (2 days in office)
We are working with a well-established and highly respected medical communications consultancy to recruit a Senior Medical Writer to join their growing team.
This is a hybrid role based in Buckinghamshire, offering the opportunity to work on scientifically robust, strategically led programmes alongside collaborative client service, strategy, and editorial teams.
The Role
As a Senior Medical Writer, you will:
* Lead the development of high-quality medical and scientific content across a range of deliverables
* Translate complex clinical data into clear, engaging, and compliant materials
* Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, insight, and impact
* Take ownership of projects, contributing to content strategy and mentoring more junior writers where appropriate
Experience & Background
* Strong experience as a Medical Writer within medical communications or related industry
* Oncology experience, particularly breast cancer, would be highly beneficial
* Experience with market access writing (e.g. service redesign, value propositions, payer-focused materials) would be a bonus
* Confident working across a range of formats and audiences, with excellent attention to detail and scientific rigour
