We are looking for a creative and committed KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking school. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development of pupils in Year 1 or Year 2, delivering high-quality teaching that supports both academic and personal progress. Beginning September 2025. Duties as a KS1 Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports early learning Assess, track and report on pupil progress using a range of strategies Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support individual needs Foster a love of learning through creative and inspiring teaching approaches Uphold the school’s values and contribute to the wider school community Ideal KS1 Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (ECTs welcome to apply) A sound understanding of phonics, early reading and early assessment practices Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills as a KS1 Teacher.
