Customer Service Executive (Entry Level)
Location: Central Guildford (Walking Distance from the station)
Salary: £22, PLUS Hybrid Working, 26 days holiday including a Birthday Day Off, Staff discount on company products, Supportive team environment with longterm progression opportunities!
Monday -Friday /35 hours per week (9am to 5pm)

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of our client's brand, providing outstanding service to their valued customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate group of individuals who are dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience!
What You will be doing?
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in representing the brand and delivering an outstanding service experience.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email and other channels
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
3. Providing accurate product information and advice
4. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
5. Working closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise customer satisfaction
6. Building strong, longterm relationships with customers
7. Consistently meeting or exceeding customer service target
What are we looking for?
8. Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within retail or consumer goods
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong problemsolving ability and attention to detail
11. Calm, positive approach when handling challenging situations
12. Confident using customer service systems and software
