Internal Account Manager | Office Based I am working with a client based in Normanton, Wakefield to recruit an Internal Account Manager. This position is ideal for someone with a sales or retail background who loves converting enquiries into orders and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The RoleYou’ll manage your own customer accounts, handle inbound enquiries, make proactive outbound calls and maximise sales opportunities. This role suits someone chatty, personable and commercially aware who enjoys working in a friendly, fast‑paced office. What You’ll Be Doing Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships Handling inbound calls, enquiries and quotations Making proactive outbound calls to grow existing accounts and win new business Spotting upsell and cross‑sell opportunities Preparing accurate quotes and converting them into orders Supporting marketing and sales campaigns with follow-up calls Keeping CRM records up to date What We’re Looking For Confident, outgoing personality and strong telephone manner.
