Receptionist Team
* Welcoming clients, visitors, and staff attending the Luton office
* Following visitor sign-in procedures when visitors arrive for meetings
* Monitoring the suite of meeting rooms to ensure they are kept tidy and in good working order for all meetings
* Provision of appropriate refreshments within the meeting rooms as and when requested
* Supporting the setup of meeting rooms and catering for client and/or staff events
* Assisting with meeting room bookings
* Answering and directing incoming calls across both offices
* Directing enquiries to the relevant departments
* Ensuring attendance registers are printed and updated accordingly
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and arranging internal distribution
* Dealing with incoming deliveries
* Managing the franking machine and liaising with Royal Mail
* Managing the ordering of stationery for Luton and Berkhamsted offices
* Supporting the ordering of supplies for the Berkhamsted office
* Binding relevant documents
