We are recruiting Care Assistants to join a newly registered Nursing and Residential Care Home in Spalding. The service provides high-quality permanent and respite care, including specialist support for people living with dementia, within a welcoming, purpose-designed environment.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
You will:
* Provide compassionate support with daily living activities
* Support residents physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
* Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all interactions
* Observe, record, and report changes in residents needs
* Maintain accurate care documentation
* Work positively as part of a professional and supportive team
Experience in dementia care is beneficial, but the most important quality is a genuine commitment to high-quality care .
What Were Looking For
* A caring, reliable, and compassionate individual
* Experience as a Care Assistant in a care home setting (desirable)
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
* Medication training (advantageous but not essential)
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
