In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for preparing and producing select cuts of meat to support our butchery and wholesale operations. Key Responsibilities: Use knives to trim, portion, and prepare raw meat products to specification Support the butchers and production team with daily tasks Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards at all times Follow instructions for custom and bulk orders Work efficiently in a chilled production environment Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation What Were Looking For: ?
