Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining building systems, ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Enterprise Services Group Ltd is a family run business based in Horsham. We are looking to build on our team of building maintenance technicians who provide onsite facility support to our customers who have sites in the Uxbridge area, with ad hoc cover in the southeast.
Responsibilities
Role: Building Maintenance Technician
Reporting to: Building Maintenance Operations Manager
Weekly hours: 42.5
Salary: (£16.38ph) - £36,199.80 per annum
Location: Uxbridge area, but you will also be required to attend the Head Office in Horsham, West Sussex, for ad-hoc meetings and cover for colleagues, as required.
We are looking for a multi-skilled and competent technician who can provide:
· First line response to reactive repairs
· Basic building fabric repairs including guttering, doors, windows, locks
· Minor decorating tasks
· Basic plumbing repairs
* Carpentry repairs
· Re lamping of defective luminaries
* On site fencing, paving repairs
You'll be a great fit if you have...
* A background as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
* Significant experience in joinery installation and repairs within a commercial building environment
* Experience with building maintenance and decoration duties
* A proactive and problem-solving approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Materials and Tools are
Previous building maintenance experience is essential as well as being able to work on your own but also as part of a team. The ability to get along with customers is essential as well as having a can-do attitude.

We will also supply the tools/equipment for the successful candidate to use and maintain during and after planned works.
Overtime is also available but not compulsory
