Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
* Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organised service area, adhering to food safety standards
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly
* Assist with basic food preparation and presentation when required
* Manage cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Support team members during busy periods to maintain high standards of service
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related roles.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are desirable
* Excellent communication and guest service skills with a friendly demeanour
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
* Willingness to learn new skills, including culinary techniques and upselling strategies
* Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
