They manage projects from design through to installation and maintenance, consistently delivering high-quality, reliable service across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
Job Description
* Attend project start-up meetings and review project specifications.
* Collate technical submittals and manage approvals.
* Raise and manage RFIs.
* Track labour resources and maintain weekly progress reports, including managing changes or variations.
* Liaise with main contractors and client site teams.
* Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
* Ensure adequate materials are available for project completion.
* Implement construction and commissioning programmes on site.
* Generate regular snag lists and improvement reports.
* Manage project handover and maintain the document management system.
* Develop project-specific scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
* Attend site meetings and act on points raised.
* Communicate innovative project-specific solutions to management for review.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
* Qualification in Construction or Project Management preferred.
* Experience supervising teams.
