Sales Administrator Cambridgeshire £29,000 Monday - Friday Key responsibilities for the Sales Administrator role: Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for: * Accurately load quotations onto Sage for the Business Development Team * Communicate lead times and stock levels on request * Work closely with both the Customer Service and Business Development Teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction * Manage the Sales Inbox and distribute emails to the relevant team / Team member * Act as phone cover for holidays and lunches if required * Liaise with Procurement and Product Management in the procurement and setup of new items Skills and experience We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who has the following: * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Have an organised approach to workload, have an excellent understanding of prioritising certain tasks when required * Excellent attention to detail * Excellent IT skills.
