RSDs: 58. Domestic Considerations: Location not restricted to Plymouth (RHQ) 165 RLC is a Regional Army Reserve Regt with SU's across the SW of England- R2IC may be expected to routinely travel between CORNWALL, DEVON, BUCKS, HAMPSHIRE and OXFORDSHIRE for Regt community engagement events and visits. Responsibilities: 1. Provide and deliver Employer Engagement functions for both employers and Reservists, in accordance with the CO’s and Bde’s Directives. 2. Responsible to the CO for the timely coordination of Reservist’s Employer Notification and JPA employment data accuracy. 3. Liaison with employers prior, during and after mobilisation including any case work or documentation that is required funding and grants. 4.Liaise and support the ROSO iot promote recruiting initiatives and communication to employers. 5.Ensure that the sub-unit complies with legislation and regulations. 6.Support the Employers of mobilised Reservists by providing a direct line of communication between the Regt and Employers.
