Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 basic, plus £5,000 OTE in year 1 and £10,000 in year 2.
Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Key Account Manager to join our Account Management team. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, solving problems, and driving account growth, this role is a great match.
What you’ll do
1. Act as the main point of contact for key and strategic clients
2. Build long‑term relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
3. Manage client accounts to maximise satisfaction, retention and renewal rates
4. Identify opportunities to expand packages and increase revenue within existing accounts
5. Re‑introduce services to lapsed clients and win back former accounts
6. Handle service enquiries and complaints with creative, solution‑focused thinking
7. Analyse client feedback and negotiate to support retention
8. Maintain accurate CRM records and complete general account admin
9. Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and support onboarding for high‑value clients
