As part of your role, you will lead targeted intervention groups, particularly to support pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), using a nurturing and inclusive approach. You will provide effective support in the day-to-day organisation and management of the classroom, helping to create a calm, structured environment where all children feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn. Supporting the teacher in establishing and maintaining a purposeful, positive, and nurturing learning environment, promoting high expectations, independence, and the wellbeing of every pupil. What you will need Good standard of education, (GCSE grade C and above or equivalent) including English and Mathematics. Experience of working with children with special or additional needs.
