Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager/Owner (all genders) with a focus on Application and Virtual Desktop Monitoring to join our team. This role encompasses leading product initiatives for our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) product, particularly the Application Experience Management (AXM) and Virtual Desktop Experience (VDX) products, working closely with the Senior Product Manager responsible for Identify product area. As part of the DEX Product Management Team, this position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful solutions that will significantly change how the world's largest Enterprise IT teams provide services to their employees.
1. Act as a Product Manager/Owner within an agile Scrum team, closely collaborating within the Product Management and Development teams to lead product initiatives from planning to release and enablement of field teams
2. Assist in the creation and management of the AXM and VDX focused product roadmaps to grow adoption and compete with other DEX vendors
3. Serve as a bridge between customers and the development team, converting customer needs and pain-points into clear product requirements
4. Ensure clear understanding and support of product goals among the development team members
5. Lead the agile product development process, collaborate with various departments including Software Development, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the successful launch of new features
Requirements
6. A university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
7. Several years of experience in Product Management role, ideally within the Enterprise software industry with a proven work experience in the following product areas: Discovery, Development, Release and Go To Market
8. Expertise in working across multiple remote software development teams
9. Demonstrated deep understanding of End User Compute challenges and awareness of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS operating systems with a strong emphasis on Application and Virtual Desktop technologies and solid understanding of Digital Experience Market
10. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
11. Promote collaboration, culture of teamwork and share success within the Product Management Team and across departments
12. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
13. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product features and user stories
14. Familiarity with DEX market or observability or performance monitoring tools
15. Experience working in global or remote teams
16. Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages such as German are beneficial
