Technical Advisor – Work from Home!
The role: Technical Support for a leading manufacturer of fire-rated boards used in the construction industry. You will provide technical assistance to customers (contractors), developing solutions for system and product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting. You will ensure that accurate technical information is provided to customers and internal teams. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure project delivery, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Your experience: You should have previous experience in technical support within the construction or building materials industry, ideally with knowledge of fire protection systems, insulation, or drylining products. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
