Responsibilities
* Deliver end‑to‑end project management services for planned investment and adaptation works.
* Deliver project, programme and contracts management services for investment and maintenance of properties.
* Ensure properties are maintained and adapted to a high standard and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and report on the budget for the allocated Planned Maintenance Programme projects.
* Compile maintenance programmes and procure/contract administer projects.
* Administer grant procedures for adaptations.
* Ensure compliance with current standards, health & safety and regulatory requirements, including CDM Regulations 2015 client duties.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level with relevant technical qualifications.
* Chartered status or working towards chartership with RICS, CIOB or APM.
* Proven experience delivering capital or major works projects, including client‑side project management or contract administration.
* Experience in cost control, programme management, risk and change management.
* Professional knowledge of maintenance and investment project delivery within construction or property environments.
* Knowledge of procurement and best practices for planned/cyclical works and associated activities.
* Knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance, including CDM Regulations 2015 client duties.
* Meeting Disclosure Scotland Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership requirement.
