Location: Wetherby
Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefits
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time - In Office
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and supportive organisation looking for a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Manager. Key Responsibilities
 * 
 Manage end-to-end payroll processing for weekly/monthly payrolls
 * 
 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and payroll legislation
 * 
 Maintain accurate employee records and handle payroll queries promptly
 * 
 Process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP etc.) and pension contributions
 * 
 Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
 * 
 Prepare payroll reports for management and internal stakeholders
 * 
 Support process improvements and system enhancements
Skills & Experience
 * 
 Previous experience in payroll administration / management
 * 
 Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance
 * 
 Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. Sage, ADP, BrightPay or similar)
 * 
 Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
 * 
 Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
 * 
 Ability to manage deadlines and work with confidential information
