The team are supported by Two experienced Early years Teachers always on hand for learning and development goals.
We have 12 Babies maximum each day split between Two Linked rooms so crawlers and toddlers have the space to develop with a shared garden that's just for the Baby Room

We are looking for an experienced, caring and committed Early Years Practitioner for the Baby room to join our fantastic team who suport each other well during work days, nights out and weekends away The Baby room is attached to the nursery in a purpose built ground level annex with its own garden and covered outdoor space. We accept 12 Babies Daily and have a waiting list for places .Our Ofsted inspection was Graded a strong Good. Children are the heart of our nursery and so is our teams passion.

* You must be qualified to a minimum EYP level 2 in Childcare or equivalent, can you please check your qualification is relevant before applying for the position on the government -check early years qualifications)
* SENCO Qualification and Paediatric first aid an advantage ,but training will be given
* You must have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to plan activities for children under 2. we do however have an experience Teacher who works closely with all rooms. Experience with Babies is an advantage. Makaton training will be given
* You must have knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements
* You must be able to work as part of a team of 5 and be able to use your own initiative .
* You will be required to be a key person for a small group of children and you will be responsible for ensuring that their profiles are up to date. knowledge of Tapastry an advantage
* You must be hardworking, professional and be able to build fantastic relationships with the Babies that attend our setting and their parents/carers
* You will be required to work your hours over 3/4 days and you must be available to work Monday-Friday from 07:30-18:00
* DBS on the update service an advantage
