At Thebes Technology, we’re hiring Junior Business Development Representatives to join our 2-year apprenticeship programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience in technology sales, working closely with Account Executives to drive lead generation and build lasting client relationships. This is your chance to learn, grow, and earn an industry-recognised certification along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Make outbound calls and send outreach emails to generate new business leads
* Identify and qualify potential customers for Account Executives to follow up
* Book discovery meetings and introduce Thebes Technology to key decision-makers
* Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders, understanding their business needs
* Research target accounts and use LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM, and sales tools for prospecting
* Maintain accurate records of activity and engagement within the HubSpot CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Attributes:
* A motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and building relationships
* Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and a strong work ethic
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desirable (But Not Required):
* Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
* Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM platform
* Interest in technology trends such as AI, cloud, and infrastructure
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven team
