Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant
Location: Head Office, Enderby, Leicester

Are you a qualified accountant looking to step into a high-impact role within a dynamic international finance environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our International Financial Accounting team at our Group Finance function in Enderby, Leicester.
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial reporting and control framework across our growing portfolio of international businesses. This is your chance to make your mark at a FTSE 100-listed organisation
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the International Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and monthly reporting, including journal postings and financial packs
* Supporting the set-up of new international business operations by developing robust processes and controls
* Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts for global entities (Germany, Dubai, India, USA)
* Collaborating with external auditors and advisors during audits
* Working with commercial and operational teams to ensure timely, accurate financial data
* Mentoring and overseeing the work of a Junior Financial Accountant
This is a hands-on, varied role that gives you exposure to international operations, half-year and year-end reporting, and the opportunity to shape a growing team.
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong experience in financial statement preparation and monthly reporting
* Proven ability to develop, improve, and challenge financial processes and controls
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across multiple teams
* Adaptable and driven - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
