As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to help scale our digital presence and drive brand growth. Our customers are predominantly part of the LGBTQI+ community, and we celebrate creativity, inclusivity, and bold designs.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and managing Box Menswear’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and building great brands online.
We are also growing the marketing team further, hiring a Social Media Marketing Assistant to join the team and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of Facebook & TikTok ad campaigns, ensuring campaigns are optimised and aligned with KPIs.
Provide detailed performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROI.
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform campaigns.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to increase customer acquisition and retention
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
Contribute to the hiring and development of future marketing team members
Contribute to website content, SEO, and landing page optimisation.
Support in Email-marketing when required.
What We Need From You:
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads, with a strong proficiency in Facebook Business Manager & TikTok Ads Manager.
Proven ability to manage significant budgets and deliver a strong ROAS.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel expertise is a must).
Genuine passion for creating campaigns and tracking their success through metrics.
Knowledge of all social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Foundational knowledge of SEO and PPC.
Experience with Shopify and understanding of e-commerce is preferred.
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience creating and editing digital video content or a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
Familiarity with creative tools (ie Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage.
Knowledge of AI tools/workflows.
Ability to concept and execute creative ideas for campaigns independently.

A passion for the fashion or menswear industry.

Full time - 37.5 hours p/w
Salary Range DOE: £35,000-£37,000 per annum

This role is designed to transition into a hybrid work model. For the first four weeks, you will be based in the office to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to provide you with all the tools, training, and support needed to excel in your role. Following this initial training period, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration upon agreement with your manager. The hybrid model works on 3 fixed days in the office with 2 WFH days.
