We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position available for either full-time or part-time engagement, ideal for someone with prior experience as a Room Leader or Assistant Manager who is looking to advance their career in early years education.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
* Lead, manage, and support a team of early years professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Develop and implement innovative and educational programmes that cater to the needs of all children.
* Maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open and effective communication regarding their children's development.
* Manage administrative and operational tasks including staff scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting, such as a Room Leader or Assistant Manager.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding procedures.
* Effective communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the nursery and its children.
