Overview

Responsibilities

* Deliver high standards of patient care
* Contribute to the delivery of outpatient services in a busy environment
* Support and nurture a nursing and clinical team to provide safe, effective care
* Engage in change management and transformation initiatives as part of team development
* Utilise initiative to make decisions and improve patient pathways
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team


Qualifications

* Registered with the NMC
* Previous clinical supervisory experience
* Previous Pre-Assessment / Outpatient experience
* Enthusiasm and ability to nurture a can do culture
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
* A good working knowledge of and compliance with CQC Standards
* The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
* Strong communication skills
* Passion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment
