As a Registered Manager, you’re responsible for Alina Homecares services in your local area and developing your team.
What you’ll be doing...
* Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
* Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
* Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
* Strategic planning and business development
* Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
* Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
* Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
* Representing the company with external stakeholders
* Developing and implementing policies and proceduresLeading the senior management team
You’ll need…
* A driving licence & access to a vehicle
* NVQ Level 5 or studying/willing to work towards this
* Domiciliary home care management experience
* A passion for providing quality care & support
* A dedicated & professional approach to work
* Respectful & encouraging leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
* In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice
* Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience
* Excellent leadership and change management skills
* Ability to build effective external relationships
