Calling all Approved Electricians in Malvern, Worcester, and Droitwich! We need an experienced Approved Electrician to join our busy Programme team. If you thrive on finding solutions, providing excellent customer service, delivering first-time-right job completion, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would love to hear from you!
What could you be doing?
You will handle day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installation, and compliance work, including Inspection and Testing and completion of EICRs. You will play a key role in delivering refurbished kitchens and bathrooms.
We want somebody who can:
Be a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, and possess a can-do attitude. Since you'll be working in people's homes, you should be friendly, approachable, and have good communication and customer service skills. Organization and a focus on delivering work right first time are essential.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ Level 3 & City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
* City and Guilds or equivalent in testing and inspection
* 18th Edition regulation
* AM2 qualification
* Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
* Experience working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
* Full driving license
* Ability to pass a DBS check, as work involves visiting customers' homes
There is also an opportunity to earn additional income from being on the out-of-hours rota as required.
This role is based in Worcester, Malvern, and Droitwich; you should live nearby or within these areas.
