Business Support Administrator needed in Kettering, £14.60ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1578768 You will ideally have Excel knowledge. Excel test is within the interview process. 3 months with potential to extend. Scheduling and co-ordination of own work, taking responsibility for the completion of tasks within internal, external, and statutory timescales. Recording, maintaining, updating and analysis of reports and records for caseloads. Act as first point of contact for electronic and telephone queries. Monitoring the general inbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to incoming queries. Triaging the messages and directing them to the relevant departments. Supporting safeguarding and complying within statutory Policies and Procedures. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
